How to show swing designer??

Sometimes we don't found swing design tab when Import the source.

But I found showing design tab method.

I Import the source.

But I don't found design tab.

You right click to your source. And click to 'Open With'->'WindowBuilder Editor'

Eclipse showing design tab!!

Click to Design tab.

You can see swing designer.
